Due to recent events, it is very doubtful that Japan has a nuclear future for its energy sector. So buying new nuclear power plant from either Russia, France, Korea, Japan, China or even the USA is very doubtful.

Nicholas Newman‘s insight:

Analysts are predicting that more than 25,000 MW (25 GW) of renewable energy capacity will be added to Japan’s grid as the country pursues its course away from nuclear energy in the coming decade.
