Planck’s new view of the cosmic theatre 

 

The first scientific results from ESA’s Planck mission were released at a press briefing today in Paris. The findings focus on the coldest objects in the Universe, from within our Galaxy to the distant reaches of space.

Company aims to achieve at least 10% of LTE EP share by 2012

 

Shenzhen - ZTE Corporation (“ZTE”) (H share stock code: 0763.HK / A share stock code: 000063.SZ), a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, has announced that it is now one of the world’s leading vendors of essential patents (EP) for LTE standards, securing 235 patents.

As of 30 November 2010, ZTE had a 7% share of the total LTE essential patents declared on the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) online database of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). (Berlin, January 11, 2011) At the beginning of January, Trans Eurasia Logistics
(TEL) took over transport services for the “Ostwind” container block trains which
run between Germany and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The company has established a common operations platform with IRS InterRail
Services, a Transinvest Group St. Gallen company. IRS previously marketed
this service via a joint venture with ICF Intercontainer-Interfrigo SA.
