Brightening the gloom of a wet November evening, the concert given by EMMA KIRKBY and the LONDON HANDEL PLAYERS last night offered two miracles. One was simply Emma Kirkby’s lovely voice, which is like a shaft of morning sunlight coming through fresh green leaves.
