Who and what is the Oxford Triptych Theatre Company? Despite being a mixture of professionally-trained actors and Oxford students, some of them only first year undergraduates, they are a company of very high standards and this production of King Lear, Shakespeare’s grimmest play, is absolutely assured and, at moments, really harrowing.
