This year the Oxford University Dramatic Society (founded in 1885) will be performing Tom Stoppard’s intellectual masterpiece Arcadia as part of their annual summer tour. Catapulting the audience back and forth between centuries, the play explores the nature of truth and time, the order of romance and the chaos of desire. The play will be touring to venues including Christ Church in Oxford, Ardington House in Oxfordshire and Westminster School in London, before transferring for a week-long run at the Bedlam Theatre as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
